Join us for a light walk in the forest to take in the wonder of the Pacific Northwest!

Forest Park is an expansive 5,200-acre area that offers a beautiful green backdrop to Portland.

Parking is available along Thurman. Thurman will dead end at the entrance for Leif Erickson Trail, where we will meet up. The trail is gravel with a gradual incline out and decline back.

We will share additional options for those who would like a more rigorous hike!

Aaron and Kristine have become big yoga fans over the past couple years. We would love to kick off the wedding day "on the mat" with our favorite people.

We were excited to receive a lot of interest in yoga so will break our group up into two classes! For guests who responded, Aaron and Kristine will be in touch to confirm your class.

The yin yoga class (9-9:45am) welcomes all levels and focuses on extended holds (usually a few minutes each) to support deep stretching and reflection.

The light flow class (8-8:45am) will blend movement and extended yin holds.

Wear comfortable clothes (anything goes!). Mats will be available.

We are thrilled to celebrate with you in this intimate and sweet venue tucked away inside a nursery. It is a covered outdoor space with an air conditioned section.

Suggested dress is semi-formal.

The wedding is adults only please. We will reach out to loved ones traveling with kiddos to support care.

Parking is available; there is a reserved lot directly across the street labeled with a sign as well as open street parking. Ride sharing (Uber and Lyft) is also readily available in Portland.

In lieu of speeches, we invite guests to share a reflection on love with the group over dinner.

Please stop by our home for more time together over light breakfast treats, coming and going whenever works well for you.

A couple notes on parking: Hillside dead ends just after our home. Street parking is available all along Hillside. If you don't mind a bit of a walk (and hill!) please consider parking further back. If you can, please try to avoid parking directly across from another car in sections of the street that are tight.

You may also want to wear or bring a layer - our home is shaded and stays pretty cool in the morning.
